OUR POLICIES

PAYMENTS:

We accept personal checks, money orders and Paypal. Cash is also accepted but not recommended. Credit card payments will need to go through Paypal, we are not set up directly for credit cards. This is actually the most secure way for you to use your credit card on-line because we never see your credit card number, and Paypal has the best security available.

ORDERING:

Best to order through the cart/checkout system on the website, this way your order is instantly taken out of the inventory. Orders over email and the phone are accepted, when ordering over the phone or through email have a list of brand names and website prices.

SHIPPING:

We use the United States Postal System(USPS) and go to the post office daily unless we are on vacation, in which case you will be notified. Our shipping options are first class or priority, also insurance is optional. We charge $2.50 per package for first class and $4.05 priority. We package well and use sturdy packing materials, if you do buy quite a few labels there is no extra shipping charges.

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy for any reason you may return the items for a refund. They must be returned in the same condition, shipping costs are not refundable.

PRIVACY:

We will not share or sell your personal information with any other parties except as necessary to process your order. You may sign up for our email newsletter if you would like to get infrequent discount offers, collecting tips and notices of new additions to the inventory.
